This charter gave the right to trade freely in the world and a new wave of frugal patterns. The Atlantic Charter also formed a public security system (Weiss, p. 27). The UN Charter was the closest thing to globalisation (Weiss, p. 13) in 1942, there were North and South America, and European states that had joined the UN against Axis agent. There were over more than 20 states to do so at this time.
In 1944, the charter was outlined of the United Nation and in 1945 the surety Council was given authority and was in truth powerful members of their state and the charter was signed this year. The UN is the primary way that different states have a mean to communicate their abroad policies (Weiss, p. 13). The United Nation at this time was more of a committee of allied states (Weiss p.29). This will play a significant role in the transition of the post wars.
