Emily Dickinson, a very famous poet, has a very interest way in which she writes her poetry. She is an individual to say the least; she cleanses and removes unessential talking to and punctuation from her poems; she leaves out helping verbs and connecting words and drops endings from verbs and nouns. Although it is non always clear as to what her notions or motives are in doing this, this is exactly what make her writing so interesting.
Critics of her work note that her individuality and randomness comes from her isolating herself as a woman.
