Recently, there has been a baring that pink dirty is used in beef products. This slime is not suitable for humans to consume. Michael Pollan, the author of An Animals Place, introduces some ideas I can agree with: eating animals be a corking thing; there is a clear distinction between racism and Speciesism, and veganism is not good for human health. Although I do agree with these points, there is a clear contrast on one of his thoughts. Michael Pollan spends too practically time writing almost domesticated animals macrocosm tortured. In my opinion, we as Americans need to focus on the big plan and the big picture is that we need keep sight on the welfare of humans not the welfare of the animals. Pink scoop is a combination of meat trimmings and Ammonia. The meat trimmings used, are considered unhealthy for humans because it contains E.Coli and Salmonella. Usually, this meat is given to animals as feed, but corporate America cleans the meat with Ammonia and sends it to stores. In America, we consume this every day because there are about 70% of pink slime in grocery stores, schools, and card-playing food restaurants (Aubrey).

It is not required for grocery stores to tell their customers that they are selling bad meat, so people are unsuspecting that they are eating unhealthy meat. In school systems, the FDA and the husbandry offers schools as choice to use pink slime in their lunches and breakfast foods (Zhao). We send our children to school every day with racy hopes that they are learning new things such as being healthy. But, we contradict this by giving them Ammonia filled meat. there is nothing wrong with eating meat, but we need to be careful what we put inside of our bodies. We as humans are considered to be at the top of the food chain, and animals and plants are at the bottom. We live in a world where man dominates...
