Native American History

The 1500s, a time of discovery, which was when the British came to dominate most of the westerly World. The Europeans traveled to Africa and captured Africans to help develop their land and satisfy their lead for power. I feel as though there were and exempt are a lot of similarities between the slavery and discrimation of the African american people as well as the inherent americans both of which was completely un conscionableifiable. As Europeans began to move west and settle in lands they began their exploration of the foreign western worlds. What they implant was the opposite of what they were looking for. They found what they thought was a new breed of humans. What it was really were just Native Americans. The people scared the europeans with their chants and spirituality let wholly their education. These Indians were less technologically advanced than the Europeans. They also worshipped different and multiple gods and ate different foods. Europeans saw this as barbaric, so they tough them as barbarians.




This type of story right international reminds me of how the african american slaves were promised 40 acres and a scuff as part of their deal for slavery. Or how they were also mis treated for their labor, land and money. They almost looked at the blacks the same management they did the native americans years earlier, they looked as though they were not all the way human beings. Treated like animals and talked to as well that way.

In the beginning Native Americans had no idea of what was to come from the colonists and Europeans as far as trade.
