Driving and jail cell phone use is dangerous and unsafe. I personally turn out had experience trying to use my cell phone and movement. I was distracted by trying to make a confabulate and rear ended the car in front of me. I have had many experiences with other drivers almost hitting me, or stopping and ignoring their surroundings because they are so focused on their phone call or texting. Drivers have enough distractions while driving. They propagate with distractions such as passengers, kids, radio, smoking, eating, drinking and animals.
